Common questions

Where is my data? On your iPhone, encrypted. We can't see or restore it, so use Settings, Your data, Export a backup, and keep the file and its password somewhere safe.

Do I need an account? No. Only Plus needs one, because its included AI keeps a monthly allowance per account.

How do I cancel Plus? In your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings, Account, Delete account. It's removed from our systems right away.

Can I use my own AI key? Yes. Add a Groq, ChatGPT or Claude key in Settings, AI. The app tries the lowest-cost key first.

A doctor doesn't want to be recorded. Turn on "Don't keep the audio" before recording. The audio is used only to write the transcript and summary on your iPhone, then deleted. If anyone objects to recording at all, don't record.

Readiness and stress are empty. They need an Apple Watch worn to sleep for a few nights, and access to Apple Health, which you can allow from the Health tab.
