Not medical advice
The app helps you record and understand information from your own care. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Transcripts, summaries, test results read from documents, readiness and stress scores, and AI assessments can be wrong or incomplete. AI is not a decision maker and does not substitute for a doctor or other licensed healthcare professional; use of this information is at your own discretion. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Recording
Many places require everyone's consent before a conversation is recorded. You are responsible for telling everyone present and following the law where you are. The app asks you to confirm this before each recording.
Plus subscription
Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through your Apple Account, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Included AI has a monthly fair-use limit; you can use your own AI key for unlimited use.
Your own AI keys
If you add a key for Groq, OpenAI or Anthropic, requests made with it are between you and that company, under its terms and pricing.
Provider mode
Clinicians who use provider mode are responsible for handling any patient records they receive under the rules that apply to them.
